Born on the 25th of January has been selceted for DOC.FEST Munich International Documentary Film Festival - Germany - May 2012. Born on the 25th of January has been awarded "The best artistic partnership" to the director Ahmed Rashwan at Luxor African Film Festival (21-28 Feb. 2012) ,  Rashwan dedicated the prize to all who took part in revolution and the martyrs who lost their lives and declared that the revolution is going on and will success. Born on the 25th of January has been selected for the official competition at Sousse international film festival for childhood and Youth - Tunisia - 25th March - 1st April 2012. Born on the 25th of January will be screen twice in DIFF -Muhr Arab Documentary, first screen : Saturday 10 Dec, 10:15 pm , Mall of Emirates , Hall NO.6 , second screen : Tuesday, 13 Dec., 2:30 pm ( hall NO 6 ) The feature documentary film "Born on the 25th of January" has been selected for the Muhr Arab documentary section of 8th DIFF " Dubai International Film Festival "- 7-14 December 2011 . The film is written , produced and directed by Ahmed Rashwan who is attending the festival with his editor Nadia Hassan . the screen in Dubai will be the world premiere for the film . The film got the post production fund Enjaaz- Dubai Film Market 2011.
